Responsibilities

- Install, service, and repair windows, doors, and other exterior remodeling products in customers' homes - Diagnose and resolve service issues, warranty claims, and punch-list items on completed projects - Perform precise adjustments and repairs so every product functions and looks as intended - Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, explaining the work and representing the company well - Manage your daily route and service calls efficiently to stay on schedule - Complete service documentation, photos, and reports for each visit - Keep a clean, safe worksite and take good care of company tools, materials, and your vehicle

Requirements

- Hands-on experience installing or servicing exterior remodeling products — windows and doors especially - Proficiency with hand and power tools, and comfort working on ladders and at heights - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and comfort driving between job sites - A professional, customer-first attitude - The ability to lift and carry heavy materials and to work outdoors in varying conditions - Comfort using a phone or app to log and document service visits - Experience with roofing or siding service is a plus

Schedule & Location

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with alternating Saturdays Based in Virginia — in-person, field-based role

Physical Requirements

This is a physically active, field-based role. Candidates should be able to lift and carry materials, climb and work from ladders, kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in a range of weather conditions.
