Service Technician (Vistara at SanTan Village)

Responsibilities
- Handle maintenance repairs and contribute to the upkeep of the community.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
- Assist in making ready units to Mark-Taylor standards.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose minor HVAC, appliance, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance on vacant units.
- Manage pool care and ensure safety.
- Inspect the property for safety hazards and address them promptly.
- Share on-call duties with other team members and be readily available to respond to emergencies.
- Monitor inventory and clean supplies.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an apartment maintenance technician.
- Previous experience troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC systems.
- Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, carpentry, landscape maintenance, appliances, and OSHA-related standards.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic understanding of written and verbal English.

Pay
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $22.00/hr - $23.00/hr. On-call service team members receive an additional $3.00/hour incentive for all hours worked while on-call. Additional hourly pay is provided for EPA, CPO, and OSHA certifications.
Schedule
Hours are flexible but typically involve evening and weekend work.
