As a Field Technician, you will install, repair, and educate customers on services, working outdoors across diverse environments. Responsibilities

• Install and repair services at customer locations
• Educate customers on product use and troubleshooting
• Work outdoors, utilizing hand tools and technical equipment
• Travel to various sites, working in different weather conditions
• Operate company vehicles and handle small components and wires

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Fluent in English with proficiency in computers, software, and hand tools
• Effective communication, organization, critical thinking, and professionalism
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and navigate varied terrains and weather
