Responsibilities

• Install and repair services at customer premises.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide customer education.
• Work effectively outdoors, utilizing hand tools and managing equipment.
• Maintain professionalism, effective communication, and safety standards.
• Travel to various locations, including in inclement weather.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with computers and hand tools.
• Effective communication, organization, and critical thinking.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
