Service Technician (Starting at $20/hr)

About the role

We are seeking a Field Technician responsible for installing, repairing, and educating customers on service usage in outdoor environments. The role involves working with hand tools, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Installing and repairing services at customer premises
• Building relationships with customers and colleagues
• Utilizing technical skills to solve complex issues
• Working outdoors in various weather conditions and terrains
• Operating company vehicles and equipment safely
• Participating in training programs to develop skills and earn industry-recognized certifications

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency with computers and hand tools
• Effective communication, professionalism, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
• Fluent in English and able to travel as needed
