Service Technician - SIGN ON BONUS

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and routine upkeep on the property
• Perform make-ready processes for vacant apartments and new move-ins
• Document and track service requests and paperwork
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities
• Inspect work performed by contractors and vendors
• Comply with safety and risk management policies
• Treat residents and others with respect, answer questions, and respond to complaints
• Conduct routine and periodic inspections

Requirements

• Service or Maintenance technician experience (multifamily industry preferred)
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry
• CPO certification (desired)
• HVAC certification (preferred)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

Physical Requirements

• Work outdoors in various climates
• Use manual and power tools weighing up to 40 pounds
• Safely use ladders and scaffolding weighing up to 125 pounds reaching heights of 40 feet
• Transport and set up appliances, furniture, building materials, tools, and equipment weighing up to 250 pounds using hand trucks
