Reporting to the Service Manager, this role offers hands-on technical development and the chance to build lasting relationships with both customers and your team. Responsibilities

• Handle pre-delivery and DOT inspections
• Perform hydraulic and pneumatic repairs
• Service PTO and transfer case
• Conduct advanced diagnostics using truck and body CANBUS systems
• Work on Witke, Labrie, Leach solid waste collection and recycle equipment

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on mechanical experience, preferably with heavy equipment
• Valid driver’s license
• Flexibility and ability to travel to different work locations
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Sharp attention to detail
• Confidence using computers (email, Excel, Word)
• CDK experience preferred
• High school diploma
• Can-do mindset with enthusiasm and determination
• Commitment to excellence, ability to learn quickly, and drive to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
