Your Role as a Service Technician

Manage an established route and build strong client relationships.
Respond quickly to client needs and solve problems with urgency.
Use investigative and deductive skills to find the root cause of issues.
Provide solutions that reflect our value of doing the right thing.
Collaborate with your team to ensure client satisfaction and consistent quality.
Occasionally perform minor repairs or adjustments to help prevent pest issues.
What We're Looking For
At least 18 years old with a high school diploma (or equivalent)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with mobile apps, email, and basic computer use
Observant, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Willing to work before 8 AM, after 5 PM, or some weekends
Valid driver’s license with good driving record
Able to pass background and drug checks
Open to occasional overnight travel
