Service Technician – Paid Training | $23/hr + OT

About the role

You’ll work independently in the field, servicing customers throughout the Albuquerque area. The position involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial dishwashing equipment leased to restaurants and food-service customers. You’ll also deliver products, build customer relationships, and drive a company vehicle along an assigned route.

Responsibilities

• Learn to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair commercial dishwashing equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance during scheduled customer visits
• Use basic hand tools to diagnose and resolve equipment problems
• Drive a company vehicle to customer locations throughout your assigned route
• Deliver, unload, and restock cleaning and sanitation products
• Work directly with customers and resolve service concerns
• Recommend additional products when you identify a customer need
• Complete approximately 6–11 customer stops per day
• Prepare your vehicle and inventory for the next day’s route

Qualifications

Pay

$23/hour + overtime and on-call pay. Anticipated annual earnings: $60,000–$65,000. Career progression with first-year earnings typically reaching $70,000–$75,000 after moving into the Service & Sales Representative position.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, typically 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Typical workweek: 45+ hours
• On-call rotation approximately every 10 weeks
