Service Technician/Mechanic

About the role

This entry-level Service Technician position is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude who is eager to learn and build a career in equipment maintenance and repair. You'll assist with machine preparation, preventative maintenance (PM) services, inspections, and light repairs while following company safety standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine setup, inspections, preventative maintenance, and light repairs.
• Assist with troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues.
• Remove, install, and service attachments and minor engine components.
• Complete work orders, service reports, and time entries accurately.
• Follow company procedures for parts ordering, warranty documentation, and equipment service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure all completed work meets quality standards.

Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform minor repairs.
• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with routine fluid and lubricant maintenance.
• Ability to remove and install attachments and minor engine components.
• Must provide and maintain a basic set of personal tools appropriate for machine preparation, preventative maintenance, and light repair work.

Pay

$33.14 per hour.
