Position Summary
The Residential Service Technician is a troubleshooter and service expert responsible for alleviating customer concerns regarding security systems. This role advises customers and the customer care center on system statuses and conducts inspections. Tasks include locating and resolving equipment or wiring issues, readjusting equipment, repairing or replacing faulty components, testing for functionality, preparing trouble order forms, coordinating inspections/installations with relevant agencies, and reading blueprints.
Qualifications
- Nicet Level 3 Certification preferred.
- Minimum 8 years experience installing and inspecting/repairing ADT or comparable products.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver's license required.
