Service Technician / Inspector

Our team specializes in fire sprinkler systems and fire extinguisher services for multifamily, hotel, senior living, and commercial properties across the Midwest. Responsibilities

• Perform NFPA 25 fire sprinkler inspections, testing, and service
• Inspect, service, and maintain portable fire extinguishers
• Test water flow devices, valve tampers, pumps, and system components
• Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective action
• Complete accurate inspection reports and documentation
• Communicate professionally with property managers and facility staff

Requirements

• Experience in fire sprinkler inspections/service preferred
• Experience with fire extinguisher inspections is a plus
• Knowledge of NFPA 25 standards
• NICET certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
• Valid driver’s license
