Service Technician III - South Bay/LA area
General Responsibilities
- Maintenance and repair of all In-N-Out Burger restaurant equipment - Cooking equipment, A/C units, refrigeration, plumbing, light carpentry, door, shelves, etc.
- Working well independently with little or no supervision
- Traveling to the In-N-Out stores in your region at a moment’s notice, in case of emergencies
- Observing all safety guidelines and maintaining the cleanliness of your specific work area
Work Schedule + Benefits
- Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)
- Schedule: Five (5) days a week, rotating schedule including holidays and weekends
- Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., occasional on-call availability required
- Travel is required (25%) and it is preferred if this individual lives in close proximity to the South Bay/LA area
- Pay Range is $34.00 - $38.00 per hour

Qualifications
- Must have EPA certification and HVAC certification
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in working in refrigeration, air conditioning repair, restaurant equipment repair
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair experience
- Knowledge of High Voltage AC Power (3 Phase)
- 'Soda Fountain' and trade school experience is a plus
- Strong experience working as a Maintenance tech on commercial jobs
- A valid CA Driver’s License is required (Company vehicle provided)
