Service Technician II (ATM) - Tupelo, MS

About the role

NCR Atleos is seeking Field Service Technicians to join their team. This role is primarily "On-Site" and based in Tupelo, MS.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and engaging manner
• Organize and triage customer issues
• Provide prompt and effective customer installation, maintenance, and service calls
• Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems
• Manage network faults, traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access
• Perform maintenance repairs and system overhauls
• Manage tasks involving carrying, lifting, and repetitive hand movements

Requirements

• Local candidate to specific geographic area
• Authorized to work in the US
• At least 19 years of age
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day
• Rotating and weekend shifts
• Carrying and lifting up to 50 lbs. without assistance
• Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with hands, and manipulating objects of varying size

Qualifications

• High School/GED level education

Skills

• Basic electronic skills
• Operating system familiarity
• Customer service orientation
• Technical troubleshooting abilities
• Knowledge of large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software (preferred)
• A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification (preferred)

Pay

Offers of employment are conditional upon passing screening criteria. Salary range is $30,000-$45,000.
