Service Technician II (ATM) - Cheyenne, WY

About the role

NCR Atleos, headquartered in Atlanta, is seeking Field Service Technicians to join its team. This role is "On-Site" and based in Cheyenne, WY.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and engaging manner
• Organize, triage, and resolve customer issues
• Provide prompt and effective installation, maintenance, and service calls
• Service electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self-checkout systems
• Manage network faults, traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access
• Perform maintenance repairs and system overhauls
• Manage tasks involving carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs., bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with hands, and repetitive grasping and manipulation

Requirements

• Local candidate to specific geographic area
• Authorized to work in the US
• At least 19 years of age
• Valid driver's license and driving record that satisfies NCR Atleos fleet requirements
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day
• Rotating and weekend shifts

Qualifications

• One or more years of related experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software (preferred)
• A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification (preferred)
