Handle a variety of repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance maintenance.
Complete make-readies for new residents.
Ensure properties look their best through painting, carpentry, and general upkeep tasks.
Tackle emergencies promptly and efficiently.
Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment and systems in top condition.
Collaborate with the property management team to prioritize repairs and plan for larger projects.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance concerns quickly and professionally.

Experience: 1-3 years in property maintenance, handyman work, or a related field.
Skills: Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
Certifications: A plus!
Licenses: Valid Driver’s License.
Technical Skills: Comfortable using work order systems or mobile apps.
Physical Abilities: Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various conditions.
Attitude: Problem-solving mindset, great attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Customer Focus: Friendly and professional approach to residents and team members.
