Position Requirements
- One year with professional apartment management firm or equivalent experience.
- Maintain the overall appearance of the community.
- Maintain the cleanliness of all common areas and amenities.
- Policing the grounds and parking areas.
- Minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and painting.
- Assist maintenance staff upon request.
