Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on Honeywell products following established procedures and safety standards.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of service and repair activities, including parts used and time spent on each task.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Technical Support and Logistics to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards during all service activities.

  • You Must Have
  • Basic knowledge of part placement
  • Basic troubleshooting knowledge
  • Basic computer skills (i.e. Excel, Word) and ability to use service and repair computer systems
  • Basic knowledge of CRM/SAP

  • You Must Have
  • One year of experience in service and repair technician roles
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or similar software
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently
  • Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements relevant to service and repair work
  • Familiarity with service documentation, repair tools, and diagnostic equipment
  • Able to work follow instructions and execute tasks including Testing, Repair/Replace parts without damage, and Final Configuration.
