About the Role

Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on Honeywell products following established procedures and safety standards. Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of service and repair activities, including parts used and time spent on each task. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Technical Support and Logistics to resolve customer issues efficiently. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards during all service activities.

In this role, you will impact the reliability and performance of Brady's products by delivering high-quality repair and maintenance services, contributing to customer satisfaction and the overall success of the service operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on products following established procedures and safety standards.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of service and repair activities, including parts used and time spent on each task.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Technical Support and Logistics to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards during all service activities.
  • Follow instructions and execute tasks including Testing, Repair/Replace parts without damage, and Final Configuration.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in service and repair technician roles.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or similar software.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements relevant to service and repair work.
  • Familiarity with service documentation, repair tools, and diagnostic equipment.
