Main Duties
- Locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment
- Conducting warranty services and quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Travel to homes and businesses daily as scheduled
- Preform evaluations & consultations with potential customers
- Determine customer’s needs and discuss all solutions. Generate sales on every call.
- Inspect current HVAC systems for efficiency and safety
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
- Conduct performance tests with specialized tools
- Troubleshoot current HVAC system issues
- Repair damaged HVAC systems
- Renew maintenance contracts for current customers
- Sell maintenance contracts to new customers
- Maintain accurate inventory of all tolls and HVAC parts
- Obey company Code of Ethics and Team Rules

Minimum Qualifications
- A High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- A Valid Driver’s License
- One-year related experience in the HVAC industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Physical Demands: Climbing up and down on ladders and equipment, Heavy lifting required (50-75) pounds, ladder work and tight space work required from time to time.
- Ability to pick-up a minimum of 25 pounds consistently and carry up to 250 feet unassisted.
- Operate handheld power tools.
- Wear personal protective equipment.
- Ability to work more than 40 hours per work week and up to 12 hours per day, as needed.
- Working Environment: Employees may be exposed to noise, dust, and fumes, and they may work in cramped, awkward positions. They may work outdoors in all weather conditions and may be required to climb ladders or work on a roof.
