Duties and Responsibilities
- Aid with equipment diagnostics, service, and repairs.
- Ensure quality control for new and demo equipment.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 months of related live event production experience or training.
- Microsoft Office applications experience a plus.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with diagnostic and repair tools such as multimeter, oscilloscope, DMX tester, soldering tools.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills, professional and courteous interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, use hand and finger dexterity, climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl.
- Works near moving mechanical parts.
- Noisy work environment.
- Occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
