About the role
Responsible for providing high-quality service and repair services for residential and commercial HVAC systems.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning issues
- Install new HVAC systems as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and concerns
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Experience in HVAC installation and maintenance preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Pass a background check and drug screening
Skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent customer service skills
