Service Technician- Houston, TX

About the role

Renuity is a national leader in the direct‑to‑consumer home improvement industry, uniting several trusted renovation companies under one brand. The Field Service Technician will travel to customers’ homes to install new products or repair existing ones, delivering A+ customer service while adhering to Renuity’s processes and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Renuity’s processes and quality standards to provide exceptional customer service.
• Travel to customers’ homes to install new products or repair existing products.
• Take preventative measures and escalate any customer issues to the Service Department.
• Fill out detailed reports and maintain records of services performed.
• Explain equipment issues and repairs to customers.
• Lift and/or move equipment weighing up to 50 lb. without assistance.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, and repetitive hand‑eye coordination work for prolonged periods.

Requirements

• Proven experience in window and door installation and general home construction knowledge.
• Experience in glass reglazing (additional training can be provided).
• Experience in bath, plumbing, or handyman work.
• Own truck and tools.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Pay

$20.00 per hour to $22.50 per hour.

Schedule

Full‑time, W‑2 position; field‑on‑site work.
