Travel to our customer's homes to install new products or repair existing products
Take preventative measures, escalate any customer issues to the Service Department
Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed
Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers
Lift and/or move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
Bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, work with your hands, and repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for prolonged periods of time
Responsibilities
- Install new products or repair existing products at customer's homes
- Take preventative measures to ensure customer satisfaction
- Escalate any customer issues to the Service Department
- Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services performed
- Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers
- Lift and/or move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
- Bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, work with your hands, and repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for prolonged periods of time
Requirements
- Proven experience in window and door installation and general home construction knowledge
- Some experience in glass reglazing is required but additional training can be provided
- Experience in bath, plumbing, or handy man experience
- Own truck and tools
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required
- Bilingual skills in both Spanish and English- a plus!
- Excellent customer service skills
