About the role

Join Our Team! Do you have a passion for working with heavy machinery and solving complex mechanical problems? Join our team as a Service Technician and help keep essential equipment running at peak performance.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, maintain, and repair heavy-duty equipment such as directional drills, trenchers, brush chippers, excavators, aerial lifts, and more.
  • Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues using computerized tools.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs using hand and power tools.
  • Clean, lubricate, test, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
  • Complete service tickets and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate repair status with customers and collaborate with fellow technicians as needed.
  • Fill in as a Field Service Tech on an as-needed basis.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • 2-5 years of experience repairing heavy equipment OR completion of a formal technical training program preferred.
  • Agricultural experience.
  • Hands-on experience with electrical and hydraulic systems.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and time management skills.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with diagnostic tools.
  • CDL Class B or higher preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required. 2-5 years of experience repairing heavy equipment OR completion of a formal technical training program preferred.
