Service Technician (Green Bay, Appleton, Oshkosh)

Responsibilities

• Service and repair of automatic swing, sliding, revolving, and security door equipment throughout Wisconsin
• Communicate with management, sales department, general contractors, and end-users
• Fill out proper paperwork to meet company requirements

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic with quality customer service
• Problem solving skills
• Electrical and/or mechanical or construction experience
• Knowledge and experience with power and hand tools
• A detailed oriented work approach
• Ability to work independently without supervision

Qualifications

• Available to work occasional night/weekend on-call requirements
• Able to lift door panels weighing over 100 pounds occasionally
• Able to pass a physical examination
• Able to be available after hours approximately every six weeks

Pay

Starting pay of $25-30 per hour for entry level techs; and $32+ for experienced techs

Schedule

Full-time position with occasional night/weekend on-call requirements and ample opportunities for overtime.

Skills

Required skills include a valid driver’s license, strong work ethic, problem-solving abilities, electrical and/or mechanical experience, knowledge of power and hand tools, and a detailed work approach.
