Service Technician for fabricating machinery

About the role

A full-time Service Technician position is available at CML USA, Inc., a machinery wholesaler specializing in pipe and tube bending, end forming, and plasma cutting machinery.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily occurring customer support
• Perform demonstrations of machinery
• Install new machines
• Train customers on machinery operation
• Assist with installation, tooling selection, setup, and operation of tube and pipe bending machinery
• Document related customer activity in the CRM system
• Travel to service and/or install machinery as needed

Requirements

• Knowledge of mechanical drawings, basic electrical circuits, industrial wiring, and CAD drawing
• Experience and knowledge in machining and fabricating

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Pass drug screen

Pay
