About the role

The Senior Service Technician serves as a technical expert, handling advanced troubleshooting, large-scale service projects, and mentoring apprentices and associates. This role ensures high-quality service delivery and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead service calls for complex system issues.
• Mentor and train apprentices and associates.
• Ensure all work complies with NFPA codes, manufacturer requirements, and regulations.
• Interface with inspectors, contractors, and clients.
• Provide advanced diagnostics and solutions.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of field technician experience.
• NICET Level I or higher strongly preferred.
• Proven expertise across multiple system types (Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection).
• Strong leadership and mentoring ability.

Pay

Pay range for this role is $25–$40 per hour.
