The Opportunity About The Role As a Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive reliable, high-performing products and exceptional technical support. You'll diagnose and repair returned equipment, support customer and partner enquiries, validate product updates, and collaborate closely with engineering, operations and customer success teams to improve product performance across the field. What You'll Be Doing Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair eShepherd products to component levelRefurbish and test returned equipment ready for redeploymentInvestigate warranty returns and identify root causesSupport customer and partner technical enquiriesValidate firmware updates and product releasesCapture service insights and provide feedback to engineering teamsAssist in developing service procedures and troubleshooting resourcesHelp drive continuous improvement across service operations and customer support activities What You'll Bring Electronics, IT, electrical or related technical qualification, or equivalent hands-on experienceExperience diagnosing and repairing electronic equipmentStrong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProactive, solutions-focused approachExperience with IoT devices, firmware updates, CRM systems or inventory management platforms is advantageous Why This Role Stands Out This is more than a repair and support role.
