SERVICE TECHNICIAN (DISHMACHINE)

The Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing ware washing machines used in commercial and industrial settings. The primary focus will be on ensuring a smooth operation, minimizing downtime of ware washing equipment and providing excellent customer service. The Service Technician will report to The Chemical Department Manager.
Responsibilities
- Installation and Setup: Install and set up dish and/or glass washing machines according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Preventive Maintenance & Emergency Calls: Perform routine inspections, including calibration and preventive maintenance on warewashing machines to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with warewashing machines, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues. Repair or replace faulty components, such as pumps, motors, valves, sensors, and control panels.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner. Respond promptly to service requests and address customer concerns.
