Service Technician - Copiers/Printers/Folders/Inserters

Duties

• Performing diagnostic repairs and preventative maintenance
• Maintaining equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications
• Managing an assigned territory of printer devices or MFP’s
• Maintaining an accurate assigned car stock of parts inventory
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Contributing as a team player

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years related experience, with certified training preferred
• Desire and ability to work independently and reliably
• Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Excellent customer relation skills
• Strong time management and organization skills and self-motivator
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office: Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook)
• Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, walk up and down stairs, bend down, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work at floor level, and walk long distances

Pay

$40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
