ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Service top of rail and gauge face lubricator units to specified guidelines.
- Perform lubrication service program for railroad customers.
- Use logic and methods to solve problems to find effective solutions.
- Understand and adhere to general railroad and Loram operating rules.
- Manage inventory held on maintenance vehicle through company processes.
- Plan work based on length and task difficulty, develop schedules, and anticipate and adjust for problems to meet objectives.
- Able to work independently.
- Produce and process work orders and complete all necessary delivery tickets, warranty paperwork, and returns through approved company processes.
- Proactively resolve customer issues.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Licenses/Certifications: Maintain railroad safety training and certifications
- Ability to obtain a CDL
- Education: Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical
- Experience: 1+ years of Field service experience with customer facing role, 2+ years working in a railroad environment, Field service, and Basic computer skills
