Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and maintenance functions to Loram customers within a specific region.
- Maintain unit uptime to customer expectations.
- Serve top of rail and gauge face lubricator units according to specified guidelines.
- Implement and manage a lubrication service program for railroad customers.
- Use logic and methods to solve problems effectively.
- Avoid violations of general railroad and Loram operating rules.
- Manage inventory on maintenance vehicles through company processes.
- Develop and adjust schedules to meet objectives, anticipate and address potential issues.
- Work independently to accomplish tasks.
- Process work orders, complete necessary documentation, and resolve problems proactively.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Collaborate with the Sales Department to ensure customer expectations are met.
Qualifications
- Required:
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Maintain railroad safety training and certifications
- Ability to obtain a CDL
- PREFERRED:
- Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical
- 1+ years of Field service experience with a customer-facing role
- 2+ years working in a railroad environment, Field service, and Basic computer skills

Compensation
The pay range for this position is between $47,200-$66,000.
Schedule
This position requires 100% travel, using any method of transportation. Adequate transportation to and from work is required.
