Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and maintenance functions to Loram customers within a specific region.
• Maintain unit uptime to customer expectations.
• Serve top of rail and gauge face lubricator units according to specified guidelines.
• Implement and manage a lubrication service program for railroad customers.
• Use logic and methods to solve problems effectively.
• Avoid violations of general railroad and Loram operating rules.
• Manage inventory on maintenance vehicles through company processes.
• Develop and adjust schedules to meet objectives, anticipate and address potential issues.
• Work independently to accomplish tasks.
• Process work orders, complete necessary documentation, and resolve problems proactively.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Collaborate with the Sales Department to ensure customer expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Required:
• High School Diploma/Equivalent
• Maintain railroad safety training and certifications
• Ability to obtain a CDL
• PREFERRED:
• Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical
• 1+ years of Field service experience with a customer-facing role
• 2+ years working in a railroad environment, Field service, and Basic computer skills

Compensation

The pay range for this position is between $47,200-$66,000.

Schedule

This position requires 100% travel, using any method of transportation. Adequate transportation to and from work is required.
