Service Technician-Casper

Eaton Sales and Service is a 103-year-old, financially stable company on the cutting edge of new technology. We are seeking petroleum equipment service technicians based in our Casper, WY location.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Travel from jobsite to jobsite in a company-supplied vehicle.
• Present yourself professionally as a representative of Eaton, including maintaining a clean, properly maintained vehicle and clothing.
• Accurately maintain a truck inventory of repair parts and consumables.
• Obtain and maintain factory and state certifications through both classroom and online courses.
• Practice all safety policies and procedures established by Eaton Sales & Service.
• Provide your own hand tools.

Physical Requirements

• Stand or walk frequently and for long durations.
• Manual dexterity and the ability to use hands and arms to grasp, reach, handle, and assemble or manipulate objects.
• Lift and carry materials and tools weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Climb up and down ladders and other objects.
• Ability to climb, kneel, crouch, crawl, stoop, and twist while performing duties using appropriate tools and equipment within safety standards.
• Hear (naturally or with correction) on sites where backup alarms or other sounds may be required.
• Meet physical requirements necessary to perform assigned duties safely and effectively in inclement weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Equipment repair experience: 1 year (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license (required).

Preferred Certifications

• Strong electronics and mechanical background.
• Certifications in Wayne, Gilbarco, or Gasboy dispensers.
• Additional certifications in Franklin Fueling and Veeder-Root tank monitors.
• POS certifications to include Verifone.
• State-licensed petroleum installer.
• A/B Operator Certifications.

Pay

Starting pay: $23.00/hour.

Schedule

• Full-time (40 hours per week).
• Monday to Friday with some overtime available.
• Overtime opportunities.
