Service Technician – Windows, Doors & Home Improvement Window World | Baton Rouge, LA Up to $20/hour + Overtime | Monday–Friday Build Your Career with Window World! Window World of Baton Rouge is hiring a dependable, hands-on Service Technician to join our growing team. Have experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, maintenance, or home improvement? Great. Still building your experience but mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools? We're willing to train the right person. What You'll Do Service, repair, and maintain residential windows, doors, and sidingDiagnose issues and determine the best solution for repairsRepair or replace vinyl windows, entry doors, siding, and related componentsPerform caulking, sealing, painting, and finishing work as neededInspect completed work to ensure quality standards are metCommunicate professionally with homeowners and provide excellent customer serviceDocument completed service and repair workMaintain company tools, equipment, and vehicleDrive a company vehicle to customer homes and job sites throughout the areaFollow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, professional work environment What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and clean driving recordComfortable working with hand and power toolsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsDependable, punctual, and ready to workGood communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to report to our Baton Rouge location dailyConstruction, carpentry, remodeling, maintenance, masonry, window/door installation, or other home improvement experience is a plusNo direct window experience? We will train the right candidate.
