About the role
The Service Technician position at Waste Resource Management (WRM) and affiliated companies involves supporting various field and yard tasks related to the wastewater industry. This role is primarily focused on fieldwork, including high-pressure washing, pressure cleaning, and job site cleanup.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-pressure washing and thorough cleanup at job sites
- Operate field equipment such as jetters, vac units, and Hotsy pressure washers
- Auxiliary in confined space entry tasks and site preparation
- Operate and maintain plant processing and yard equipment efficiently
- Drive company vehicles safely to and from job locations
- Operate forklifts as needed (experience preferred)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment
- Support vacuum truck operators with various tasks when needed
- Participate in special projects and carry out additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Driver’s License
- Forklift Certification (preferred)
