Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability
- Ability to work safely
- Ability to work overtime
- Ability to be on call for weekends
- Mechanically inclined
- Comfortable working in an industrial environment
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
- Experience with industrial ceramics or manufacture of continuous cast steel (a plus)
- Experience operating and maintaining mixers, combustion systems, large machines, and concrete pump rigs
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a self‑directed capacity and coordinate work efforts with the Customer and Supervisor
- Knowledge of utilities such as compressed air and natural gas (a plus)
- Knowledge of WORD and Excel (useful)
- Ability to maintain a superior work‑safe attitude
