Responsibilities: Conduct tire mounting, balancing, and rotations; perform oil changes and basic maintenance; complete Digital Vehicle Inspections; identify safety issues; assist with safety inspections; maintain a clean, customer-ready environment; transport parts and supplies; follow safety protocols; collaborate with team members; and participate in ongoing training. Qualifications & Skills: Dependable, mechanically inclined, safety-focused, eager to learn, and able to follow procedures. Must have a valid driver’s license, be 18 or older, and adaptable to a flexible schedule. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or technical training, basic mechanical knowledge, and relevant hands-on experience.
