Service Technician

About the Role

TriBridge Residential is seeking a skilled Maintenance Service Technician for the The Mallory property in Raleigh, NC. TriBridge is a full-service multifamily investment, management, and development company based in Atlanta, GA, with approximately 7,000 units and $1.3 billion in assets under management. The firm focuses on markets in the Southeast and provides a vertically integrated platform with a 25+ year track record.

Responsibilities

• Assume emergency on-call duties
• Report any needed repairs or unsafe conditions to the Maintenance Manager
• Inspect move-outs daily and update move-in dates daily
• Attend all instructional classes conducted by the Maintenance Manager

Requirements

• Multi-family experience
• Minimum of 2-year work experience in the service maintenance field
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read and write English
• HVAC certification is required
• Ability to display balance/equilibrium at heights above 5 feet and lift 50 pounds
• Must own required tools
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Working knowledge of general property operations, safety, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and fireplaces
• Minimum of 2-year experience with troubleshooting/repairing plumbing and electrical systems
• Minimum of 2-year experience with troubleshooting/repairing appliances

• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC Certification: 2 years
• Appliance Repair: 2 years
• Multifamily: 2 years
• Maintenance Technician: 2 years
• Plumbing: 2 years
• Electrical: 2 years
