About the role

Toyota of Murfreesboro is under new management and experiencing unprecedented growth, with over 4,400 CP hours available and growing. A brand‑new facility building is adding 12 additional service bays. Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Test‑drive vehicles and utilize advanced diagnostic tools and special service equipment to test components and systems.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Communicate directly with Service Advisors to keep customers informed about additional service needs and provide accurate time estimates for repairs.
• Execute all vehicle repairs under warranty strictly to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

• Strong automotive mechanical and diagnostic background.
• ASE Certifications are highly preferred and ideal.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to submit to a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
• Must possess a clean and valid driver's license.
