Looking for an experienced HVAC Residential Service Technician.
Majority of work involves maintenance, repair, replacement and fit-out work in existing facilities and/or homes.
Responsibilities
- Install, service, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
- Service residential plumbing and basic electrical systems
- Perform maintenance on HVAC systems
- Provide full scope of mechanical service work
- Must possess EPA Universal Certification (strongly preferred)
- Must submit to and pass a background check and drug screen
- Must have current valid drivers license, diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and basic hand tools

Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC Residential Service
- Knowledge of residential plumbing and basic electrical systems
- Ability to perform maintenance and repair work
- EPA Universal Certification (preferred)
