Service Technician

About the role

Responsible for providing high-quality service to multifamily properties in the Houston area. This includes performing routine maintenance, responding to emergency calls, and ensuring the comfort and safety of residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and repairing common areas.
• Respond to emergency calls and provide immediate assistance as needed.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with property management staff and residents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge.
• First aid and CPR certification.
• Customer service orientation.
