About the role
The Service Technician position at Thalhimer Multifamily is responsible for maintaining and repairing various building systems and appliances.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing fixtures
- Assist with cleaning and sanitation tasks
- Respond to emergency calls as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in building maintenance or related field preferred
