About the role

We're hiring Service Technicians to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
• Inspects vehicle for safety and maintenance needs such as worn brakes or tires
• Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
• Provides an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
• Ensures that customer’s cars are kept clean
• Maintains stall in an orderly and clean manner

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Technician
• Extensive prior experience as a mid to high-level technician
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
• Ability to learn quickly and provide top-notch customer service
• Basic computer skills
• Clean and valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check
• Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications
