Responsibilities

• Execute field service requirements such as installation and maintenance of wellheads while providing exceptional customer service and positively representing the company.
• Prepare accurate field service tickets, job reports, and other documentation as required.
• Maintain assigned service unit, including tools and spare components inventory.
• Conduct job safety analysis and act as a safety leader while performing duties.
• Assist in developing job action planning with the customer on location, as needed.
• Promote and perform field service sales and maintain confident customer relationships.
• Provide customer property repair as required.
• Deliver, assemble, test, and paint wellhead assemblies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of wellhead services, ATP, equipment repair, and maintenance experience.
• Service‑oriented with strong customer service and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
