Service Technician
About the role
We are currently seeking a qualified Service Technician to work collaboratively with our sawmill in Mt Vernon, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently perform preventative and routine maintenance on both gas and propane forklifts, loaders, and other various equipment
- Conduct safety inspections of equipment and accurately maintain maintenance records
- Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations
- Occasional heavy lifting and working in both hot and cold environments
- Work may consist of various shifts, with some overtime and weekend work during busy production times
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of both gasoline and diesel engines
- Recent mechanic or service experience is preferred
- All applicants must be at least age 18
