Service Technician
Position Details
Entry-level opportunity with required experience; training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair CCTV systems, IP cameras, and security systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to surveillance and access control equipment
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on security systems
- Configure and integrate IP-based security devices with network infrastructure
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system connectivity and functionality
- Maintain accurate documentation of service work and system configurations
Qualifications
- Experience preferred in: Camera installations, Access control device installation and programming
- Proven experience servicing and repairing CCTV and security systems
- Knowledge of low-voltage wiring and electrical safety standards
- Familiarity with access control systems and basic IT/networking principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders
- Ability to work in active job site environments
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
