Service Technician

About the role

Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to clients. Conducts inspections, repairs, and upgrades equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conducts routine inspections of client facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards and equipment performance.
• Performs repairs and installations of HVAC systems, electrical components, and other mechanical equipment.
• Maintains records of all work performed and communicates with clients regarding progress and completion of tasks.
• Collaborates with other team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall service quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related field, such as HVAC, electrical, or mechanical repair.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using common tools and equipment used in maintenance and repair work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
