About the role
Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to clients. This includes troubleshooting equipment issues, performing routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to equipment and systems
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on assigned equipment
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand and address their needs
- Document work performed and communicate status updates to supervisors
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a technical support role
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
