Service Technician

About the role

Rose is a 4th generation family-owned-and-operated regional business, established in 1860, making Rose the oldest pest management company in the nation. We provide innovative pest solutions to clients in Michigan, Ohio, and parts of Indiana, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Our training and technical divisions are led by our on-staff entomologists to ensure we offer the most current and effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established route of clients
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Provide first-class service
• Investigate and analyze pest issues
• Suggest and implement corrective actions
• Perform minor equipment or structural repairs

Requirements

• Basic math and writing skills
• Communication skills (verbal and written)
• Attention to detail and observational skills
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work before 8 AM, after 5 PM, and/or on weekends (including split shifts)
• Good driving record
• Pass drug and background checks
